luxvizio ships to the Netherlands and most countries within the European Union. We are working to expand our global shipping options, and availability may change over time.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 2 to 7 business days within the EU. Please note that these are estimates, and delivery may take longer due to courier delays, customs inspections, adverse weather, or public holidays.

6. Returns and Refunds

At luxvizio, we take great care in ensuring that each pair is crafted to the highest standard. Because of the exclusive nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the product has not been worn, handled, or tried on and remains in its original, sealed packaging in completely unused and resellable condition. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

Important Note:
All returns must be shipped to our processing center in Hong Kong or Netherlands.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds will not be granted for items returned after the 14-day window or without prior authorization.
